The colour and playfulness of this Patrick Kelly F/W 1987 certainly cheers me up after having my wisdom teeth removed! I love all the details of the various decorative and mis-matched buttons, synonymous with Kelly's designs, contrasting against black wool, arranged in a loveheart on the chest. @philamuseum 🌈
1930 silk crepe set, matching dress and jacket, with black bias skirt and contrasting off-white bodice. I love the cut of the hem and coordinating belt around the waist, and the way the neckline is draped over the chest and shoulders. @museumatfit

Hi πŸ‘‹πŸΌ
Back after an unexpected break on this account, continuing the theme of American designers. When I first saw this 1952 film costume, draped silk jersey pleated and pinned over the head and body, with sequined bodice, I actually thought it was Azzedine AlaΓ―a!
Happy Super Pink Full Moon in Scorpio this evening and thank goodness this embellished evening dress by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen exists 🌚
